Maybe the ultimate for Lens Flare and all sorts of light effects, enabling you to create a variety of settings and lights, but I think it is overkill, and the interface a) does not fit in correctly with PS b) is not that easy to understand... Still, it can produce very impressive effects, including electricity, all sorts of particles... Before checking out this product, better have a look at Axion Flare Effects.
