Enables you to read and write in the flashpix format (*.fpx), which provides for impressive compression and quality rates, the best part being that the file actually contains the image in 3 different resolutions - not useful anymore since PS5 now recognizes
this format.
As for the plugin itself, there is no real interface in read mode, and a very simple one (comparable to the JPG save from Photoshop) in write mode. I have also found it to be quite slow.
A little note : you have to flatten your image and delete masks before saving your files in this format (big surprise otherwise). |
