This first set of 12 includes Hilite, which sharpens the colors at the edges of objects, Blowout, Warp, Twister and Splash (4 distortion effects), Gradient Blocks, which generates interesting gradients; Neon Edges (the name says it all), RGB Intensify and RGB Isolate, for isolating and accenting colors, Shear Tiles, a simple but efficient tiler, and finally Sine Blobs I and II, for creating fractal textures and backgrounds.
The whole set provides for a lot of useful functions and is way above most other Filter Factory outputs. |

This second set includes CMY Isolate and Colorize (both are great for coloring effects and especially sepia tintings), Edge Effects for nice blurs, Metal Effects for psychedelic colorizings, Pool Shadow and Spotlight for irregular shadowing of the image, Radial Hilite, for adding circular highlightings, Shatter is an exploding glass effect, Sierpinski Stitch for gross "seen through glass" effects, Sine Blobs I and II for new fractal, organic, textures and backgrounds, and finally Waffle (as in : I see my image through a...).
Once again, a great set of for-all-tastes filters, the kind that soon proves useful even if you disable some of them. |
