Webmasters: Feel free to link to this page!  However, I suggest you do not link directly to the download files themselves... this page is very dynamic... and plugins will be added and replaced as they become available.. All the plugins have been updated: August 2005

1) Please place the plugins in the plugins folder of Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro . The plugin files are 8BF files. Please place in c:\program files\adobe\adobe photoshop CS 2\plug-ins or c:\program files\corel\corel paint shop pro XI\plugins etc.

2) Access the plugin via the filter menu. You will see the plugins in categories <AP> with the category such as blur or edge or gradient.

3) Tryout some of the plugin functionality via the presets (if included) or click the TWEAK or XTREME button (ALT-T or ALT-X).

4) To save the settings, click the Save Preset button. To reset the plugin, click Reset button. To randomize the color, click the 'color button' (ALT-C). Tryout the blend modes via the 'Blend options' dropdown, changing the output to inverted or color wrapped or edged etc.

5) Click the 'ADV' panel or advanced button to check out the effects modes (turn the effect into a blurring or distortion or smear) or use the layer transparency modes on the advanced panel on a layer, use the layer information with layer effects

To use some of the filter factory plugins please also check out the Plugin Commander Lite. Most of the plugins below are not FF plugins but more advanced plugins (Andrew Buckle also developed the earlier Andrew's Filters series of plugins, these plugins are not the same).
