This is my first attempt at gathering together smithereens of experience and knowledge about plugins and filters, so it is far from perfect or comprehensive. I hope you will not hesitate to mail me if you find any error or lack. Also note that as regards more specifically the Filter Factory Filters, there is an excellent FAQ at the Plugin Head.
