A set of 13 filters that have just been updated, including : Transparent Control and Select Sharp are useful for controlling the opacity of a layer more finely than the standard opacity setting of PS, Lens Correction, New Perspectives and Perspective are for changing perspective in photos (and create funny warp effects with extreme settings even if it is not the point), Harmonizer is made for washing out the differences that appear when you use the Stamp Tool on a B/W image (it now works with color images too), Displacement Noise adds noise with a velocity effect, and Compose adds a tangle of lines to the image.
The new filters include Acid Colors (a great colorizing filter), and Mirror X and Mirror Y (two great effects).
Now that I see how they are to be used, my preference goes to Select Sharp and Transparent Control, but the others can be useful too - well worth the download in the end. |
